Day 1 – Arrival in Siem Reap

The journey begins in Siem Reap, the gateway to the famous Angkor temples. Travelers spend their first day soaking in the atmosphere of this historic area while learning about the ancient Khmer Empire. In the evening, they relax at their hotel, enjoy a swim in the pool, or explore the lively Pub Street, where restaurants, music, and night markets create an exciting introduction to Cambodia.

Day 2 – Exploring Angkor Wat

An early morning start allows visitors to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Angkor Wat, one of the most iconic sights in Southeast Asia. They spend the day wandering through the massive temple complex, discovering hidden corridors and detailed carvings. In the afternoon, travelers may take a hot-air balloon ride for a different view or continue visiting nearby temples such as Ta Prohm and Preah Khan. As evening arrives, the city comes alive along the Mekong River with rooftop bars, night markets, and river cruises. Day 5 – Learning Cambodia’s Recent History

The fifth day is dedicated to understanding Cambodia’s difficult past. Travelers visit the S21 Prison museum and the Killing Fields, two important historical sites that provide insight into the Khmer Rouge period. These emotional but educational experiences help visitors better understand the country’s resilience. They may also explore temples, museums, or the Royal Palace around Phnom Penh before returning to their hotel for the night.

Day 6 – Island Escape to Koh Rong

After the busy city days, travelers head to Koh Rong, one of Cambodia’s most beautiful islands. Here, they enjoy soft white sand beaches and clear turquoise waters. The slower pace allows them to swim, sunbathe, and unwind at a seaside resort while taking in the peaceful island atmosphere.
