Day 1: Phnom Penh to Sen Monorom

The journey begins in Phnom Penh with a scenic drive to Sen Monorom, the capital of Mondulkiri Province. The trip covers approximately 375 kilometers by van, passing through beautiful countryside landscapes. Along the way, there is a stop for lunch in Snuol, where travelers can relax before continuing the journey. During the drive, you can observe large rubber plantations that date back to the French colonial period. Upon arrival in Sen Monorom, there may be time to visit a nearby village and explore the surrounding area. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at a comfortable hotel equipped with air conditioning and hot water.

Day 2: Phnong Village and Jungle Experience

After breakfast, the day begins with an exciting trekking adventure into the jungle. Travelers explore the wild landscape of Mondulkiri, including forested hills and natural surroundings. The journey leads to a village of the Phnong people, where visitors can learn about their traditional lifestyle and culture. A short walk deeper into the village provides a closer look at their daily life. Lunch is enjoyed near a peaceful waterfall hidden in the jungle, offering a relaxing break in nature. Afterward, the group returns to Sen Monorom for dinner and overnight. For those seeking a more authentic experience, there is an optional homestay in a traditional village house with basic facilities.

Day 3: Trekking to Bou Sra Waterfall

The third day begins early with breakfast before heading out for another trekking experience through forests and hills. This region is rich in wildlife and natural beauty, making it perfect for nature lovers. Along the way, there are stops at local villages of the Phnong people, where visitors can take photos and interact with the community. The highlight of the day is a visit to the stunning Bou Sra Waterfall, one of the most famous waterfalls in Cambodia. After enjoying lunch near the waterfall, the journey continues with a visit to a hilltop pagoda in Sen Monorom, where travelers can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Dinner and overnight stay take place in Sen Monorom.

Day 4: Return to Phnom Penh

After breakfast, the tour comes to an end with a return journey to Phnom Penh. The group travels back by van, with a stop for lunch again in Snuol. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, the tour concludes, leaving travelers with unforgettable memories of Mondulkiri’s natural beauty, cultural experiences, and peaceful atmosphere.
