Day 1 – Phnom Penh to Koh Kong Krao Island

The adventure begins early in the morning as travelers leave Phnom Penh and head toward the serene landscapes of Kompong Speu. After enjoying a hearty breakfast, the journey continues through the countryside to Chrouy Brous Village, where the real adventure begins. Here, you’ll board a boat for a scenic 50-minute ride across calm waters to the pristine Koh Kong Krao Island, a hidden gem known for its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere.

Upon arrival, you settle in and enjoy a delicious lunch, taking a moment to absorb the island’s peaceful surroundings. The afternoon brings excitement with fishing and diving, allowing visitors to experience the rich aquatic life around the island. As the day winds down, dinner is served on the island, providing a perfect opportunity to relax and share stories of the day’s adventures. The night is spent in comfortable camping tents, offering a unique experience under the stars, surrounded by nature and the gentle sounds of the island.

Day 2 – Koh Kong Krao Island to Phnom Penh

After waking up to the fresh morning air, the day begins with breakfast on the island, energizing everyone for a day of exploration. The first stop is the famous Third Beach, a stretch of soft sand and clear water where visitors can relax, swim, and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery. A leisurely lunch on the beach allows everyone to savor the serene atmosphere before continuing the journey.

Next, the group visits a nearby Floating Village, an enchanting glimpse into the lives of local villagers who live, work, and navigate life on the water. Travelers witness daily routines, fishing activities, and the close-knit community that thrives in harmony with the lake. After this immersive cultural experience, it’s time to head back to Phnom Penh.
